The latest Firmware for your device.
To download the correct FW version, you need to know the first 3 characters of the serial number. You can find this number on the back of the device, or in the MENU under the INFO item marked as SN: .If you try to update the FW that is not designed for your device version, an error will be displayed, in which case just turn the device off and repeat the procedure with the correct FW version.
- EZ1 ElZapp v.2.2.4.bin - use if it detects the load incorrectly with the higher version

To upgrade firmware in device follow these steps:
- Fully charge ElZapp and leave charger connected.
- Delete all files on microSD card.
- Save FW file on card, for example „ElZapp 0.5.5.bin“.
- In your pc select "safe remove of removable drive".
- If you used card reader for steps 2. and 3. put now card into ElZapp.
- In menu choose Service and Firmware Upgrade.
- Device will reboot and green ElZapp Bootloader title will shown.
- If FW file on card is OK then upgrade will start and progress in shown on display. If some error is detected then error message is shown. Note error message and try to repeat process from step 2 or contact distributor with information about error message during update.
- When update is done, device is restarted and ready to use.
After updating the FW, it is necessary to start the calibration with the electrodes disconnected using the Menu-Service-Calibration ADC. After confirmation, the calibration is immediately completed and the device is ready for use. Without calibration, load detection will not work properly. Calibration can be repeated at any time.
