Interview with Oldřich Burger, OK2ER, founder of LoopER Systems, Ltd. in Klimkovice, North Moravia, dealing with the development of "magnetic loops".

With Your Magnetic Loop Antennas (MLA), our readers often meet - in practice, in literature, on the Internet. Thus, during the interview, we met more than two years ago - in PE-AR 5/2015. Then we introduced you as the founder of BTV (B PLUS TV a. S.) What has happened and changed since then?

I do not want to tired you of fairy tales. But two years in human life can bring a lot of twists and turns, even in my life wander. I underwent five cardio surgeries, and with each other surgery the situation was getting worse. So I finally started to look beyond the field of health care, which doctors can not normally afford. More than a hundred years ago, Nikola Tesla had predicted electromagnetism would have a significant healing effect. Somewhat later, in practical form, Dr. R.R. Rife [1]proved that. Therefore I have moved my further wanderings in this direction. Physics and electromagnetic fields thus remain the common denominator of what I am dealing with today.

Let's start with loop antennas. In the previous edition of PE-AR, we introduced your new antenna MLA-C V.4, but we know about other news in your MLA production. Approach us a bit.

I would rather avoid this question. As far as I know, I would probably talk a lot about it and reduce the space for a topic that I would like to focus on. It also relates to physics, but it is not the area of amateur broadcasting. I would not like to discourage readers - non-amateurs, right at the beginning of our conversation. :-)

Well, let's move on to your topic. The fact that electromagnetic waves can be used other than to transmit information is known long ago. We see it quite commonly, for example, by a doctor (in a hospital). And since almost every elderly person is hurting or squeezing somewhere, we are interested in how electromagnetic waves can have a beneficial effect on living organisms.

The fact that the electromagnetic field (electric and magnetic fields) also causes some of the living matter, deny today just only a few people. From experience, I would say that it is paradoxically just the category of university educated people who refuse to cross MLF paradigms. Although so called magnetotherapy is a accredited therapeutic method and a functioning system of post-traumatic and postoperative rehabilitation, which is usually covered by most health insurance companies, I feel that persuading someone who does not care makes no sense. Thanks to my travels to medical facilities, I personally met a number of physics unmoved doctors. Dot. I do not want to distribute it any further. I refer to the research of dr. R.R. Rife. It is very stimulating to read and instructive for those ignorants. I would like to refer in this context also to picture 2, which is an interesting lesson in general. It is a testimony of human indolence and a disgraceful EGO. It is often related to age and social status. With the Research by dr. Rife I was so pleased that I linked my own experience with MLA to this completely different field that is still on the beggining. It is unofficially called biorezonance. The physical principle is similar to magnetotherapy, the difference is only in the used frequency spectrum, the shape, the course and the performance of the magnetic field.

That's how we got to your next product - the RaMaLoop (Radio Magnetic Loop) bi-frequency device. The name suggests that it is a loop again. How does this geometric form have special qualities that made you so excited?

As can be seen from the various bizarre MLA shapes found on the internet, the loop (coil) may not only have a circular or cylindrical shape, although it is probably the most common form of MLA. Basically, each antenna is a kind of inverter that changes the pulse current into an electromagnetic field. In the MLA, it is the predominant magnetic field, which in the space will generate speed of light advancing electromagnetic wave with both E / H components. RaMaLoop is actually an MLA that is constructively integrated with a pulse current source. It is generated and managed by corporate SW. But the aim and purpose here is not to spread the electromagnetic wave through space. For interaction with microbiological entities uses the very near component of a pulsating magnetic field with a specific shape, course, and low power.

Often we hear from different sides that radio waves are damaging to people (eg mobile phones at the head). What is the connection between power, frequency and its effect on the body?

Frankly, there is probably no solid, qualified and scientifically grounded answer to this question. Maybe it exists in some military archives and academic workplaces, which may even serve masked military research. There is not much publicly available information that could be considered scientifically relevant. Unlike professionals and doctors, as a laic, I can say so harshly. Unfortunately, those who, by virtue of their status, would have to respond similarly (I DO NOT KNOW), do not usually have this courage. As a rule, they blame, and in such an improperly embarrassing way that I say, "Doctor are you in need of doing such a sovereign?” Although they do not know, they spread their unsupported conclusions with their titles. Pressed by the media to respond to things they do not understand and can not understand because they do not basically read the information from the laics, they are based in good faith on the lessons learned from the faculty half a century ago. These are often overcome, and thus "scientifically grounded" delusions propagate in public, picture 2.

Reason?

Reason? Too cheap healing. The healthcare industry is not interested in cheap procedures.

As for the unanswered part of the question. Let's stop for a mobile phone with power up to 2 W on UHF and SHF bands, with an antenna spaced 1 cm from the gray cortex? What else should I say ?! Safety standards have been disbanded in the Czech Republic after accession to the EU. Why? The RaMaLoop discussed here emits four orders of magnitude less and exposure due to distance and loop efficiency is two extra orders lower. The word resonance is important here. This is primarily about frequency and modulation, not performance.

Now let us explain how RaMaLoop works, how the loop is big and what it can be used for.

The question is so wide that it would be more effective to refer to several websites that can provide a comprehensive answer to those who have taken our interviews [3], [4], [5], [6].

So we can say that RaMaLoop is a typical example of interdisciplinary problematics. Includes radiotechnics, physics, medicine, biology, chemistry ... What do scientists-specialists from individual fields say?

I have already replied to this question in part. I would add - mostly nothing, which is the better option, or fabulating and losing their own dignity. Again, I would refer to Figure 2. It's a universal explanation without any of my own comments.

Finally, please provide us some concrete (tangible) results that have been achieved with RaMaLoop.

I have to emphasize an important fact; LOOPER SYSTEMS is not a provider of alternative magnetotherapeutic (bioresonance) rehabilitation procedures. We intend to sell and promote a device that I have personally stood for in the creation and development. I personally deeply believe in its effect and benefit in improving health. RaMaLoop is produced by BTV, which was mentioned at the beginning. Information on the results of RaMaLoop can be found on many web portals of companies providing these services. Several links here [7], [8], [9]. I personally have a good experience with the elimination of teeth inflammation, problems with heartburn, herpes, borreliosis, chlamidia, etc. Since the instruments are almost 1000 pieces among the public, I think that if they were "junk" one would certainly have heard. We do not have any claim that raises the functionality of RaMaLoop so far and I have not even noticed that RaMaLoop would be sold as a second hand. If it did not work, the situation would be different; I think.

Successful experiments with the use of the RaMaLoop magnetic field are mediated by veterinarians, which factual excludes a placebo effect. But if everything is completely different from what we think, then a positive view of the whole issue can be formulated as follows: If real placebo operation reaffirms and respects the scientific medical community [10] and placebo is commonly used as a lege artis medical procedure, why not to respect RaMaLoop. The most important thing is feeling - feeling good. And these findings and results are significant when using RaMaLoop.
